QUOTES

Need a quote? Go to our QUOTES page, enter your details and select submit. We have a dedicated team in place ready to respond.

START HERE

You've received your quote and you're ready to order. Now… If you already know how many items you will need, as well as the sizes, styles and colors, we require 50% down to begin work on your job.

ORDER TIME

MIXTURE orders blank garments every day from warehouses all over the country. We order your blanks as soon as you give us your sizes and deposit. We do this to get your garments on the way and to our shop as quickly as possible.

PROOFS

Send us your art file in VECTOR/PDF format, or email us the details and we will do the creating. Either way, our graphic team mocks up your design and emails it to you a few days after we've received your deposit. We never proceed with an order until it's approved. Approving an order means you are approving your artwork, as well as the garment style, color, size and placement.

RECEIVING

All orders are triple checked for accuracy. 1. Garments are pulled, weighed, and checked for accuracy at our distributor's warehouse before they're shipped to us. 2. They arrive on our dock and our certified Receiving team checks in all shipments to make sure they match exactly what was ordered. 3. Our QC team counts them again before they’re packed and boxed back up.

PRINTING/EMBROIDERY/VINYL

Once artwork is approved for screen printing, we out-put film, make screens, setup and print. For embroidery, we load the file, thread the needles, hoop the garments, and go. Vinyl is uploaded, cut and weeded then we heat transfer it to the garment.

QUALITY CONTROL

We take quality control seriously at MIXTURE, and our Quality Control Team brings an extreme attention to detail to the shop every day. The QC Team is the last to see your order before it gets packed. They check your order for quality and accuracy to ensure that when you open the box, it's exactly what you are expecting.

READY FOR PICKUP

As soon as your job is ready we email you your invoice and you can pick up your order. If you can't make it here or have arranged for shipping, we ship exclusively via UPS. Shipping is not included with your order, but you can let us know if it's something that you need and will get you pricing with your quote.

REORDERS

Need to order more? Sure thing! Please email us and we’ll get your order rolling. However, keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity, so your price may go up or down depending on how many you need.
